Ingredientes:
- 1 cucharada de copos de avena
- 3 cucharadas de agua
- 1 puñado de frutos secos al gusto: uvas pasas, avellanas y nueces
- 4 cucharadas de yogur natural (puede ser yogur de leche de soja)
- 1 puñado de arándanos y fresas
- Pues añadirle miel de caña o azúcar de caña integral como endulzantes.
Preparación:
- La noche previa de preparar el muesli es importante dejar en remojo la cucharada de copos de avena en un recipiente o cuenco con tres cucharadas de agua.
- Al día siguiente lo primero que debes hacer es escurrir los copos de avena.
- Corta las fresas en trocitos a tu gusto.
- Pon los copos de avena en una taza o cuenco donde vayas a comerlo, 4 cucharadas de yogur.
- Incorpora ahora los frutos secos, los arándanos y los trocitos de fresa.
- Si quieres ponerle un toque dulce añade miel o azúcar integral de caña.
