La hamburguesa de quinoa es perfecta para añadir a tu dieta la alta cantidad de nutrientes y omega 3 y 6 que posee este fruto.
Ingredientes:
- Taza de quinoa
- 2 cucharadas de pimentón rojo picado fino
- 1/2 taza de harina de garbanzos (preferiblemente) o Harina tradicional
- 2 cucharadas de zanahoria rallada
- Aceite vegetal
- Orégano
- Agua
- Sal
Preparación:
- En primer lugar, lava la quinoa en agua fría utilizando un colador. Repite esta acción 5 veces para retirar por completo la espuma blanca que desprende.
- Sofríe en una sartén con aceite vegetal la cebolla picada, el pimentón y la zanahoria rallada.
- Cuece la quinoa, añadiendo la taza de quina y doble cantidad de agua. Añade el sofrito, revuelve y deja que se enfríe.
- Comienza a crear la forma de las hamburguesas, añadiendo algo de harina de garbanzos con muy poca agua para que la hamburguesa coja consistencia y no se deshaga al freír.
- Fríe en aceite, a la plancha o al horno (min 200 °C) las hamburguesas basta que adquieran un tono dorado.
